Maitha is the Founder and President of the Emirati WiE Network. She is the Founder & CEO of tech startup deploying advanced AI and data analytics in the Energy and Climate sectors. She holds double Bachelor's degrees in Electrical & Electronics Engineering and Computer Engineering, double Master's degrees in Electrical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering, and a PhD degree in Engineering Science - AI and Energy.
